• All live plant sales are FINAL sale. Returns are only accepted on plant accessories or non-perishable items.
• If an order arrives damaged, contact is to be made immediately. Any damage inquiry without photo proof are not guaranteed refunds.

• Address changes have to be notified within 24-48 hours. If the item has already been shipped, an address change cannot be issued.
• If an order is fulfilled and shipped to the incorrect address by mistake from the customer, a 20% discount on a replacement to the correct address is offered.
