- All live plant sales are FINAL sale. Returns are only accepted on plant accessories or non-perishable items.
- If an order arrives damaged, contact is to be made immediately. Any damage inquiry without photo proof are not guaranteed refunds.
- If a plant has slight cosmetic damage but is still able to thrive, a refund of up to 50% of the original price may be issued.
- Address changes have to be notified within 24-48 hours. If the item has already been shipped, an address change cannot be issued.
- If an order is fulfilled and shipped to the incorrect address by mistake from the customer, a 20% discount on a replacement to the correct address is offered.
- Refunds can only be issued to the payment method used. If a gift card or pre-paid card was used, the refund may only return to that card.
- If a physical item is returned and the item is not damaged from shipping, a $7 return and processing fee will be deducted from the total order.
